Joshua Hancock Lawsuit
Heres a story on ESPN.com, where the father of St Louis Cardinals Relief pitcher Joshua Hancock is sueing tons of innocent people in yet another ambulance chasing lawsuit.
I can honestly say that I personal dont feel bad at all that he lost his son, considering what his reaction and his actions have been since.
His son drank for 3.5 hours at a resturant to twice the legal limit. He then drove his SUV down the highway well over the speed limit, while not wearing a seatbelt AND talking on his cellphone, oh yeah and there was marajuana in the car too.
He then struck a parked car on the side of the road that was in the process of getting towed.
Now this scumbag is sueing the restuarant for giving him drinks, sueing the towing company for being on the side of the road, and GET THIS, sueing the driver with the broken down car for having a car that was in disrepair and broke down.
I am not making this stuff up, the only person that broke the law is his son, and he wants money from the people who got hit by his drunk driving millionaire son.
Read this story, and you too may actually find yourself saying “i dont feel bad for your loss at all, you get what you deserve”.
This is the kind of scumbag that actually does deserve this kind of loss in his life.
Some side notes that make this even worse?
“Authorities said the 29-year pitcher had a blood alcohol content of nearly twice the legal limit when he crashed into the back of the tow truck. He was also speeding and using a cell phone and wasn’t wearing a seat belt, police chief Joe Mokwa said after the accident. Marijuana was also found in the SUV.”
And the capper is the fact that the Dad is claiming the guy on the side of the highway who got hit by his drunk and stoned son is negligent for having a piece of junk car.
Also the restaurant being sued is Mike Shannon’s Restaurant, owned by the longtime Cardinals broadcaster who starred on three World Series teams in the 1960s.
So this piece of garbage is sueing a legend of the team his son played for, sueing a m an whos car broke down for getting hit by his drunk son, and sueing a tow truck company for getting hit by his sons drunk driving.
I can honestly say, this father got what he deserves, someone who could go be this big of a piece of garbage is just the victim of karma having lost a son.
