A Crash Course In Illegal Immigration Reform

Okay folks, what’s so tough about this? Here’s the easy plan that our president and other elected officials know, but don’t ever want to see happen.

1) SECURE THE BORDER. Yeah, it’s a no brainer. Build the fence, guard the fence, defend the fence. No empty Bush promises, no hamstringing or prosecuting our border guards, no geographical or environmental excuses to stop it’s construction. Just do it. Wrap the turniquet tight and stop the bleeding.

2) ENFORCE LABOR LAWS. Prosecute those employers who routinely violate American law by hiring illegal immigrants as cheap labor. We don’t need a new bill for this so don’t believe the lie. Just enforce the current law. There is no need to deport anyone. Just levy massive fines on employers who hire illegals. Eliminate their economic insentative to hire them.
No jobs equals no money and no money means illegals go home.

3) NO BENEFITS FOR ILLEGALS. It is ridiculous that any of these people are drawing government benefits, yet they are. Even with no work, some may stay and live on the handouts that are stolen from our paychecks and given to them.

4) PUNISH LANDLORDS WHO HOUSE ILLEGALS. Aiding and abetting a fugitive is still against the law, right? Start punishing those landlords who rent housing to illegals in order to avoid having to pay taxes on their rent proceeds. If illegals have no roof over their head, then Mexico or Guatemala starts to look a whole lot better.

5) PHYSICALLY DEPORT THOSE CAUGHT IN THE ACT OF A CRIME. This is of course redundant, because all illegals are already guilty of a crime. (Liberals don’t seem to know what “illegal” means). But since our goal is to simply allow the illegals to go home, then it seems more reasonable to at least physically deport those who turn to crime and violence. These activities are sure to increase as the first four steps are enacted, so it makes sense not to let these types hang around. This is my answer to the “humane treatment” insisted upon by so many liberals.

Illegals who are good enough people to return home without resorting to theft and violence may do so without ever having had the hand of law enforcement laid upon them.
Go and peace be with you. And feel free to file for legal entry in the future. in the meantime, concentrate on making your own countries a better place, just as I am doing with mine. One day, when Mexico has gotten it’s house in order, perhaps the wall can be torn down.
