When will they learn? Will it take a mass removal of senators to remind them that the people do not like being lied to or sold out to criminal aliens and their families.

Mr Martinez your insults to Americnas and you thinking you know what we want places you on the career clock as well. 2010 will be a crushing defeat at the polls and a victory for the power of the people’s vote.

Another pretend conservative republican is on his way out thanks to defying the wishes of all those in his state. Mel Martinez is plummeting in popularity almost worse than Bush himself over the immigration amnesty bill.

I think the pol figures show what Americans want, and the kind of political sellouts that the majority does not want. Youll be on the unemplyment line with Lindsey Graham soon enough Mr Martinez.

“President Bush isn’t the only republican taking a nose dive in the polls. Quinnipiac University Pollster Peter Brown says their latest survey shows Florida Senator Mel Martinez has been slipping big time in the past few months

Brown says Martinez is Riding President Bush’s coat tails down. “Senator Martinez’s job approval rating is not nearly what it has been. It’s been shrinking. And now it’s barely positive. 37% of Floridians approve of his job approval… 34% disapprove. That’s down from the last several months.

Brown says Senator Martinez has been hurt by his support of the president… whose own approval ratings have tanked. Florida’s junior senator is also backing an unpopular immigration bill in Washington. “It’s no secret that Senator Martinez has been a big supporter of President Bush’s immigration reform bill and among republicans… and independents and some democrats… it’s not a very popular proposal.

With only a 37% approval rating, Brown says Martinez would be in big trouble if he had to run for re-election next year… but the senate seat doesn’t come up for a vote until 2010.”

From South Florida, we will actively campaign against “Mr. Amnesty for Illegals Martinez”. Someone needs to tell him to represent his constituents not the illegals.

MASS LAYOFFS:
I think it was year 2001 when the H1B Visa Cap was raised to 195,000 per year.
The result… mass layoffs in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006.
Now it is 2007 and in the last 2 weeks, mass layoffs have been announced by IBM, Motorola and Dell.
The H1B program adversely affects American Workers and their families…
causes unemployment, inability to pay their mortgages, causes divorced and tears Families of US Citizens apart.

EEO:
Equal Employment Opportunities, EEO, the Law of The Land is routinely denied and depived to American Workers.

DISCRIMINATION:
The Senate Judiciary committee on Immigration provides a report to congress once per year. Here is their latest report…

This is outragious. Corporations are saying, in writing, that they prefer to completely bypass the American Workers so they can more quickly fill these positions with Foreign Workers.

With information technology, it is less “burdensome” for corporations to simply “place an order” for Foreign Workers with one of the big 3 staffing firms… Adecco, ManPower or Robert Half International.

Then all the mom and pop firms and H1B only resume blasters provide a supply source of H1B Visa only resumes.

It’s less burdensome on corporations if Congress allows them to discriminate against American Workers.

Will Congress grant them permission to discriminate?

I brought this to the attention of Senator Richard Durbin and he laughed.

Senator Durbin also voted for cloture on the evening of June 7, 2007.

It is my sense that our Senators are not concerned about losing their jobs during their next election.

MERIT SYSTEM AWARDS (DISCRIMINATION):
The Merit System awards points for visa candidates whose age is less than 40… and this stuff was written by attorneys who are very familiar with the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ADEA - Age Discrimination In Employment Act of 1967, EEOC UGESP - Universal Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures. This Merit System is illegal… we cannot allow our immigration attorneys discriminate against US Citizens.

And it is not just UC Citizens over 40 years old who cannot find jobs.
Talk to college graduates from Engineering schools.
My neice graduated with a double major in BioChemistry and MicroBiology… she is still waitressing tables and considering a promotion into managing the restauarant. She has been working on a job search for more than 1 year. Do you think she is counted in the unemployment statistics?

And the answer is …Yes it will take a mass removal of Senatorial alimentary canals.
We the people still means something to me, and it’s NOT we the lobbyists. It means majority rule by representatives, not those who falsely lay claim to such.

Apparently they understand Espanol better?
Or is it an Amero(dollar)?
