Finally a candidate in the presidential election has found the insight to call out the enemies of America.

If you dont know, I am a bit of an expert on Venezuela news and politics politics by virtue of following every aspect of it very closely for 6 years now. Well I was glad to read Mitt calling out the communist dictators like Chavez and Castro for what they are, breeders of hate and ignorance.

They close down all form of press in their country because they know the truth will expose them for what they are, dictators, ignorant leaders and killers.

For those that have not ever seen real insight into communist Venezuela, and only heard how “neat” it was when he disgraced the UN acting like a 10 year old, then take the time to read about the hate he breeds and the complete disaster he has turned his countries economy into.

While giving away millions to every other country his own country has no food on supermarket shelves, unemployment and crime higher than ever before and all school are now being changed to “socialist revolution” academies, complete with red communist uniforms. The situation there is on a path to be on par with North Korea within about 2-3 years.

Mitt Romney: ‘We Need Friends in Latin America’

GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney said Monday the United States must cultivate allies in Latin America and strive for energy independence so foreign leaders can’t use their oil wealth against it.

The former Massachusetts governor made the remarks to reporters before a private fundraising luncheon at a golf club in Corona, about 50 miles southeast of Los Angeles.

Romney said the U.S. needed to work more closely with countries such as Colombia - which is fighting to snuff out the illicit drug trade - because those nations could be influenced by growing communist sentiment in Latin America.

“I think what we’re going to have to do is focus again on Latin America and realize that we need to have friends in our own hemisphere, and the growth of (Fidel) Castro’s influence by virtue of Hugo Chavez’s wealth is of real concern,” he said of the Cuban and Venezuelan leaders.

As someone who has a lot of family in Venezuela, I must say it is about time this started getting more playing time here in the states. Chavez is THE biggest threat to liberty in Latin America, hands down. Great post.
