Ron Paul And 911 Truth
Student Scholars For 9/11 Truth bring us “filmed” this event with Ron Paul.
This video is a good example of where Ron Paul may differ from the other candidates in his views. The honest approach seems to be working well for the good doctor.
I am certain Dr. Paul would agree that is my right and he will fight for my ability to have my own opinion above all else.
This is why that in my difference of opinion, a constitutionalist like Ron Paul, will be in full agreement with me. (if that makes sense)
Here is a video of Doctor Paul again reaching out to the young voters, the public and the real people that will someday work and play in the middle class streets of America.
Ron Paul show shis ability to remain human and lead at the same time. This ability of his has gotten him 10 election wins in Congress.
I feel I know our enemy in events like 9/11 and there is no great mystery. I feel Ron Paul was right when he told Rudy off at the debate and said it was a backlash of Angry radicals who dont like us in their part of the world.
Perhaps I am wrong, I wouldnt question a mind and eyes as traveled as Dr. Paul’s.
“Student: …we’ve heard that you have questioned the government’s official account.
Paul: Well, I never automatically trust anything the government does when they do an investigation because too often I think there’s an area that the government covered up, whether it’s the Kennedy assassination or whatever.”
DISCLAIMER FOR PEOPLE WHO COMMENT WITHOUT READING OR WATCHING THE VIDEO:
This is a quote from the video, all readers should watch the whole video to “take this in context”. As all people who have paid attention at the debates know, Ron Paul blamed 9-11 on the ‘blowback’ from our presence in the middle east.
I agreed with his views at the debate and still do. I think Ron Paul showed Rudy Up, despite the grandstanding Giuliani did and the spin the media put on it.
This was unpopular but most of us know he was speaking his honest mind and was being as truthful with the audience as he could.
This all said, In the video Ron Paul is just being a good listner and any conspiracy theories were just being told TO HIM, and not by him in any way.

Oh, come on. What a cheap shot. Dr. Paul does not think that the government orchestrated 9/11 and blew up their own buildings. He just believes that INVESTIGATIONS LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE FEDRALIZED. People like this really irritate me.
Come on dont look too far into it.
He didnt start the discussion he only listened to the kids ideas. He said he doesnt take things at face value or as it is fed to him.
He didnt make up any theories or BS, he was just considerate to his host.
ALSO, youll notice he didnt speak about that at all when he had the mic.
The group may have too much time on their hands but Paul was just listening and being respectful.
REMEMBER he essantially said it was a muslim reaction to our presence in the middle east.
SO HE CLEARLY think it happens as it did.
Once you think about what he said at the debate I think you will see he does not imply we blew up our own buildings at all, he was just being a courteous guest to the group of students.
Now find me a single video of any gorup of regular people hanging out with John Mccain.
They dont exist, cause that type of candidate has no idea how to interact with real America.
After rereading your comment I see we actual agreed.
I know Ron Paul is not a nutter, he was just being open minded to his host.
A local rep like Ron Paul reelected 10 times does not make it this far without true integrity and the ability to be genuine in the face of real voters.
My point is that ron may be a little more anti-need for-government than I am personally, he is still the highest integrity man in the Race.
Did you even WATCH the video?
This was a Ron Paul campaign meeting,
not a 911 conspiracy theory meeting.
The conspiracy theorist’s were just there to speak their mind, and Ron Paul listened, good on him.
Of course, thanks to spin like yours and Guliani’s, Ron will probably never have a fair shake cause people are just that stupid to believe ridiculous spin over the obvious.
What Paul is referring to about cover ups is simple….some one screwed up with handling the intelligence about the attacks BEFORE THEY HAPPENED…in other words we knew about it but nothing happened….SO who’s fault is it….? Why didn’t we stop it… and who is accountable?
Well Dr. Paul is saying someone is trying to cover their ass and not be held accountable.
The cover he is referring to is someone covering their incompetent ass…covering their mistakes….because we had information about the attacks
HE IS NOT SAYING IT WAS A COVER UP OF A CONSPIRICY…ONLY COVERING UP INCOMPETENCE….
When I watched the video, all I could gather was a healthy skepticism from Dr. Paul. He simply made the point that a lot of government investigations end up being cover-ups. Another investigation of 9/11 is justified. Why did the FBI and CIA fail us? Did the French really forewarn us of 9/11 ? I understand that 9/11 is an emotional topic. But lets really learn about it as much as we can to prevent it from happening again.
People have tried to use this untrue story against Ron Paul in the past and it has been disproved. Please report real news with facts and not this propaganda. If stories like this continue, you may want to start looking for a new job.
I wonder what everyone will do when the truth is finally revealed about the events of 9/11. I get the feeling there will be a lot of people choking on crow. Our future hinges on this scam being revealed for what it is and the sooner the better. The liars and the crooks need to be exposed and I can’t think of a better guy to expose these crooks than President Paul.
Ridiculous… The house party was attended by Students for 9/11 Truth, not sponsored by them. They ambushed him and yet did not get any support from him pertaining to 9/11 conspiracies. He just agrees that friends investigating friends is a bad idea from the start.
Also, the event wasn’t “hosted” by the 911 Truth posse, it was simply attended by them. Pretty far stretch to read this as an endorsement by Ron Paul. Additionally, Ron Paul has stated publicly that he does not endorse the inside job theory, he has stated that there is no evidence of such a thing.
Who doesn’t believe that JFK the assignation was more then admitted? Who doesn’t believe the Gov’t can cover up things? What is your point Mikey? nice try! only you comrade
You know we all want the government to listen to us and have open investigations into matters the government sometimes botches or keeps information confidential.
The same people who are critical of Dr. Paul for listening to our young people are the same people who will scream when they have an issue the government won’t listen too!!!
“Congressman Paul. I represent an organization that believes that Reptilians from Theta 12 are stealing our thoughts, and our limited access to the crucially defensive tinfoil that we need can be directly correlated to the fact that we don’t have enough money.”
“Well I think if the federal government wasn’t taxing you so much, you’d have more money to buy tinfoil.”
“OMG Ron Paul wants to fight the Reptialians too!”
Well, the government IS hiding something, they won’t release the tapes of the planes hitting the Pentagon, even though they could put all the Conspiracy Theorists to rest by doing so. I’m just saying…
He specified in an interview with Reason that he was referring to cover ups of intelligence failure and that he thinks there is no evidence that 9/11 was an inside job.
Michael Kraft,
Why don’t you speak about Ron Paul’s stance on the Patriot Act which violates the US Constitution? Why don’t you speak about anything of substance instead of wasting yours and everyone elses time with this 911 Truth, smear tactic drivel?
Good God man, you’ve got an automatic audience, do something with it.
Instead of writing quasi hit pieces, why not promote the candidate of your choice, if Ron Paul is not your man?
Wanting a ‘real’ investigation is not some idea of crazy people. I guess you would call the families of the victims crazy!
Check out http://www.911pressfortruth.com/ - it’s the story of 9/11 victims. It’s really good!

A few people have completely misread why I liked this video and posted it.
I could care less about the 911 views of the group shoting the video, I do though like to see and show the way Ron Paul does mingle, interact and speak with people like a real American and not just a candidate.
He listens to what people have to say with an open mind.
This post has to do with his personal events and small crowd speeches as a sign of character, not 911.
and Mr. Pratt, I dont say he is MY GUY, but the more I have seen of him the more I am sure he is the best candidate available.
I wont advertise for him, but I will be at the local meetup, hangin signs and posting what I like that I have seen.
I also find things to like about Rudy, Mitt, Tom Tancredo and Duncan Hunter…just not as many things to like that make it to a post.
Im not sure what the “smear” is that you refer to, I think I have made it clear that this is a positive that a candidate appears in small setings and speaks and listens to anyone who is American and wants to speak with him.
Is Michael Kraft really Michelle Malkin with a moustashe?
This is silly. First of all, I give the guy kudos for talking to groups that he knows might be deemed controversial. Look around - Fox News is crying because the Democrats won’t debate on their stage, and The Daily Kos continues to bemoan that they can’t get press credentials for Republican events. Ron Paul simply talks to anybody who will listen, because he has the courage of his convictions.
Second point: All he basically said is that he does not think that the people being investigated should be the people running the investigation.
Duh.
There is a difference of not being opposed to an independent study of 9/11 and being a 9/11 truther.
I am not a truther, but I know a lot of people (myself included) have a lot of questions that would like to be answered.
This is an old video that has already received far more attention than it deserves. Michelle Malkin dragged it out in her famous Fox News hit piece on Dr. Paul and it has been used in neocon blogs on multiple occasions to try to discredit him. On the other side, the Alex Jones crowd has passed this video around in an attempt to promote Dr. Paul as one of their own.
It is true that a large number of “Truthers” support Dr. Paul, but so do a ton of people who hold the date of September 11, 2001 sacred due to having personally lost friends and family on that day (I am included in that list). Just as questioning the validity of a government investigation does not make one a tinfoil-hat-wearing conspiracy nut, believing that we were attacked by Muslim radicals does not make one a Bush-loving neocon.
I understand the point you were making and agree that it is refreshing that Dr. Paul is one of the very few candidates who will take the time to listen to the concerns of just about anyone he comes in contact with. However, I question the judgement in giving this video even more exposure than it has already had. This is not new, and this is not news. There are better examples of Ron Paul’s openness to the people than this.
“Student Scholars For 9/11 Truth bring us this event with Ron Paul.”
The impression given is that this event had something to do with “Student Scholars”, when it did not (aside from one person in attendance).
“This video is a good example of where Ron Paul and I may differ in our views.”
At the same event, I asked Ron whether he agreed with the conspiratorial theories regarding 9/11 and he called them “silly”.
He welcomes support from everyone, but he is only responsible for what *he says* (that the investigations “covered up” official incompetence), not what his supporters believe or say.
The “guilt by association” used to discredit Ron is the same illogal premise used by the conspiracy theorists to claim complicity of government with terrorists. It’s nonsense.
Student scholars shot the video only.
There are so many smoking guns associated with the events surrounding 9/11 and if the press was doing a proper objective job of reporting the facts instead of constanly spewing the words “Conspiracy Theory”, then this kind of article would not even see the light of day. All Ron Paul is doing is answering the concerns of the people asking him valid questions. To think that governments are as pure as the driven snow is naive and the press has to be more aware of that than most of the general public, so why smear a man who obviously has a deep concern for his country. It should be rather obvious that we are on the brink of a full blown police state.
“I feel I know our enemy in events like 9/11 and there is no great mystery.”
So tell us?
While your at it explain to all of these other people that think jets knocked down the towers and building #7……exactly how did building #7 fall? Oh and explain the molten metal in the basement a month later? I know jet fuel right?
This is the ONE issue I wish Dr. Paul would speak the truth on, but he is not stupid!
I just dont see the smear? I agree that giving “airtime” to something that could make him look associated with nuts is not the best idea, but again I was just drawn to the small-event speaking atmosphere that i associate with Mr Paul.
I invite those here refering to his other accomplishments that go unheralded to write your own article in the comment field on this thread. Use good resources and links etc. and Ill publish each good one seperatly. Your editorial/article will get google/yahoo/prweb coverage and lots of reads and you will have provided the counter-good press you hope for.
I registered Republican just to be able to support Ron Paul in a primary if I get the chance to, I look forward to helping him around Charlotte and this article was to build him up as a “man of all people” and not associate to him with nutters.
One would need to have a head full of kool-aid not to believe the events of 9/11 were conspired by the highest levels within our government. Lets take for instance a steel and concrete building, that collapsed in it’s footprint at free fall speed, that by the way was not by an aircraft. This event was not even mentioned in the 9/11 Commission Report, odd indeed as it was the 3rd time in history that a steel and concrete building had ever collapsed due to fire…Another interesting thing is Bin Lauden, remember him? The guy in the cave that ran the complete 9/11 operation, oddly enough is on the FBI top 10 most wanted list, however he is not wanted for anything to do with 9/11…don’t believe it, just look for yourself. Ron Paul is America’s last and what appears to be only hope at regaining her integrity. Just reading the comments above makes one wonder how so many people could have opinions, and do little if anything to discover the real truth behind earth shaking events.
The whole Ron Paul issue is about liberty and the rights of the individual. I think most people with their heads screwed on straight truely understand this. Michael, thank you for your voice. We Ron Paul supporters are only concerned that he get a fair representation in light of all the people who feel it nessesary to bring this man down. The well meaning people covering Ron Paul see him for who he really is. He may not address all of your concerns, but he certainly cares about your freedom as a human being. He is the first man I have ever encountered that is running for the presidency who actually tells the truth. He needs as much support as we can give him, for all of our sakes.
Add Michael Kraft to the litany of losers with nothing but made up and unimportant criticism for the only elected official willing to stand up for the constitution.
It’s not just Dr. Paul who thinks perhaps there is a cover up.
Get with the times and grow up. What a stupid choice for a topic.
What I like about Dr. Paul is the fact that he makes himself available to all citizens. Other candidates will speak with only those people they feel are worthy.
Dr. Paul understands that all CITIZENS are equally important and makes a point to hear out all sides. This is a very important leadership trait that has been left behind in modern politics.
it’s nice to see that Ron Paul is generating the kind of passion that he is. I can’t remember a presidential candidate who has garnered more participation amoung people of all descriptions than Ron Paul and it’s easy to see why. He has the one thing that no other presidential candidate has ever had and that is simply telling the truth. When a person tells the truth people listen. The really nice thing here is the enthusiasm the young people have for this man. It’s all so healthy and he can only gain even more popularity for that elusive little thing he does. Tell the truth.
Give me a break, I hope that someone would entertain the notion that there is possibly of cover up behind 9/11. I think a poll stated 1/3rd of Americans feel we’re not being told the whole truth. So that would put the number around 100,000,000 people who’d like some more answers.
C’mon, nobody with half a brain believes any of that “official” story. Unfortionatley, with five years of arguing a moot point, the congressman has to focus on all the new disasters that have occured because of and since. God help us.
Show me one place in this post where I criticize Ron Paul.
Was it where I said this
“Ron Paul shows his ability to remain human and lead at the same time. This ability of his has gotten him 10 election wins in Congress.”
or this
“Perhaps I am wrong, I wouldnt question a mind and eyes as traveled as Dr. Paul’s.”
Or this “I am certain Dr. Paul would agree that is my right and he will fight for my ability to have my own opinion above all else. ”
Looks like the hwole thing is a compliment to Dr. Paul.
Perhaps read the post before you comment.
Even a caveman would question some of the facts reported in the 9/11 report! If you did your job as a journalist maybe the American people wouldn’t have to question are own government as to the facts about 9/11..
Mr. Kraft, your a part of the the problem and you should be ashamed of yourself as an American who doesn’t care about the truth!
I’ll stick by Ron Paul!!!
Mr Kraft,
Please do tell us what happened on 9/11???
Answer some of the questions people have posted about 9/11…How much are you getting paid to try to smear Ron Paul? How much did you sell your soul for??..Wake up!!
haha, nice stephen.
Quote one line in the article that is a smear on Ron Paul.
I have done more to promote ron Paul on this site than you have in your life.
Please cut and paste one smear in the article to help me help you.
I did notice that JOHN COMMENTED after actually reading what I wrote and watching the whole video
“When I watched the video, all I could gather was a healthy skepticism from Dr. Paul. He simply made the point that a lot of government investigations end up being cover-ups. Another investigation of 9/11 is justified. Why did the FBI and CIA fail us? Did the French really forewarn us of 9/11 ? I understand that 9/11 is an emotional topic. But lets really learn about it as much as we can to prevent it from happening again.”
See JOHN took this all in the correct context.
Mr.Kraft,
I feel that you posted this video with the intent to make DR. Paul look like a “screw ball” how is this suppose to help Dr. Paul?
Why don’t you show some of his videos when Dr.Paul talks about getting rid of the Federal Reserve? wouldn’t that be more important and more informative? No, you choose a video of Ron Paul talking to some college kids!!!..so what have you done for the doctor?…NOTHING!!!
Mr Kraft,
You have to look at your future as a writer.
What will you be writng about in the future?
Do you think that you will be able to write what you want to write about without “Free Speech? Freedom of the Press? …If you care about your future and your children’s future start writing about the real issues
this country is facing! Lou Dobbs, Keith Olbermann have done so much good by writing about the truth and pointing fingers!
You have the power Mr. Kraft to help save “our ” country…Please help!
“I feel that you posted this video with the intent to make DR. Paul look like a “screw ball” how is this suppose to help Dr. Paul?
”
you are wrong about this. And a candidate that takes the time to talk with “some college kids” is the best kind of candidate.
You will also find ron paul debate videos, ron paul in a dorm room, and ron paul at the colbert show videos on this site posted by me. All of these have provided a look at Ron Paul for tens of thousands of visitors.
I was linked to the video after reading it at Michelle Malkin, thought it to be a nice grassroots sort of look at Ron Walking amongst kids and young voters, So I put it up….nothing more.
Stephen, provide me a link to a youtube hosted video that you feel represents Ron Paul well, And I will make it a front page linked story.
Thanks for your honest feedback, appreciated.
Oh boy, listen everyone. I think we are all in agreement with the importance of this man getting a voice. Lets forget our differences and work together to shine the light on this brave soul who is walking the walk and talking the talk. At no time have I ever encountered a more intelligent, knowledgable, and honest man running for the presidency of The United States of America. Whether you are a Rebublican, a Democrat, a Libertarian or whatever. Vote Ron Paul……….please!!!!
Mr. Kraft,
Thank You for giving me the opportunity to request the videos “Neo conned by Ron Paul”

Reason: The position of the Student Scholars is that 9/11 was executed by the U.S. government. Do you agree or disagree with that?
Paul: I’d say there’s no evidence of that.
