Lindsey Graham Should Quit

Article By Writer Michael Kraft By Michael Kraft on July 1, 2007

Well, the title here may seem deceiving, I dont think he would think about quitting now in mid term, but he should quit before trying for reelection.

It is clear that the voters of South Carolina plan to make a public example out of Lindsey Graham. Lindsey will be the embodiment of the worst sellout attempt gone bad. Of all the self serving anti “middle class” legislation, this amnesty bill was the worst of the bunch.

This fact, coupled with him being from conservative South Carolina, exposed him to be serving people other than Americans. The voters are looking to chop a few heads and get the rest of the pliticians on their guard. American voters sem to have picked from the many sellouts and picked Lindsey and Mel Martinez to be the examples of what happens when you ignore Americans best interests.

Here is a bit of psuedo-research to show why Graham should bow out of the race and perhaps go on the “guest speaker” tour for La Raza and El Pueblo.

Look as if the general press and fedback on the web is that Lindsey can expect 2 of every three websites to not only be for his opponant, but to be against him in any race. Graham perfectly embodied all that is wrong in the senate by failing to care what the voters think. He made decisions and acted superior to his supporters and thusly seems very likely to be made an example of.

Beyond just this source of the buzz we can look at the latest formal poll

Sen. Lindsey Graham’s (R-S.C.) approval rating is taking a pounding in his home state as a result of his strong support for a bipartisan immigration reform bill, a new poll showed Friday.
Graham’s approval rating has sunk to 31 percent and he has a 40 percent disapproval rating, according to a poll released Friday by Atlanta-based InsiderAdvantage. The new poll points to Graham’s support for the Senate immigration bill, which includes a path to citizenship, as a likely reason for his apparent unpopularity.

His disapproval among Republicans is higher — 46 percent — than among Democrats — 30 percent. Both give him an approval rating in the low 30s.

Only 21 percent of respondents approved of the immigration bill, while 63 percent disapproved. When asked whether they approved of Graham’s “efforts to reach a consensus among his colleagues” to pass the bill, 24 percent approved and 51 percent disapproved, including 57 percent of Republicans…

And just when you thought a bit of sanity and truth was leaking through the lies, you get the spokesperson for Lindsey Graham claiming that South Carolinians support this amnesty for criminal aliens

“….Lindsey Graham has never governed by the polls — real or bogus — and is not about to start now. When South Carolinians are fairly informed about the immigration reform proposal, there is majority support for its provisions.”

Um dear sir, no there is not. There is not a majority support for Lindsey Graham, there is not a majority support for amnesty, there is not a majority support for being called bigots, there is not a majority support for ignoring laws in South Carolina, there is not a majority support for Charlotte NC being considered a sanctuary city, there is not a majority support for TB virus in our food packing plants brought over the border, there is not majority support for our American children in overcrowded schools so we can educate illegals for free.

Call me a bigot, I call you a sellout, traitor and disgrace to your office and the uniform that you pose for pictures in.

There will not be a majority support for the anti american actions of this public servant,….one that does everything but serve the public ….that pays for his house and cars just to be ignored.
