Your cash is going to La Raza to illegally build homes for illegal immigrants.

A reader named “Carson” posted this on one of our La Raza posts regarding the government money going to be given to this racist organization. This group is to be given 10+ million of your tax dollars to help build low income housing in hispanic and illegal immigrant neighborhoods.

Carson wrote
“Do a Google search for: Don’t use my tax money to buy America’s hangin’ rope.
A new La Raza funding bill. Another 5 to 10 million for one of their groups! And you’ve gotta just know other tax money is going to other race groups. Do a Google search for: H.R. 1999″

“La Raza was condemned last year by Rep. Charles Norwood, R-Ga., as a radical “pro-illegal immigration lobbying organization that supports racist groups calling for the secession of the western United States as a Hispanic-only homeland.” from here

The new plan, H.R. 1999, was introduced in April and already has been referred to a committee for action.

The attempt to divert federal funding is being publicized by several groups, including Americans for Legal Immigration Political Action Committee as well as The Federal Observer. The legislation specifically authorizes money “for assistance for the National Council of La Raza and the Raza Development Fund. This Act may be cited as the ‘Hope Fund Act of 2007, though it provides little hope for the rule of law….or does it?

It calls for the money to be used for “community development” as well as “affordable housing” for neighborhoods “of Hispanic origin.”

So this is government money for new homes that whites, blacks and asians are not allowed to live in based on race.

As we said before, La Raza is a racist group set to get your tax dollars for homes you can’t have. You can play this video and enjoy the sites and sounds of La Raza marches and their allies giving hate speeches on American soil.

The’LA RAZA’ motto is

“everything for the race, nothing for those outside the race!”
(this really is their motto)

Almost the same motto used by this famous racist group:

“”Be honest, decent, faithful and congenial towards members of our own blood but to no one else.”
Heinrich Himmler, Nazi Germany October 4, 1943 “

I am comparing the mottos not the people

Under the text of HR 1999 illegal immigrants would violate the rules of living in these houses. La Raza clearly intends to build houses for illegal immigrants with our government money, but the rules of the legislation clearly states this is a violation of the law.

When we look at the full text of H.R.1999 under section 107 - G we see reasons to terminate this government paid housing for any illegal immigrants under this plan.

http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h109-1999

“(g) Termination for Criminal Activity and Alcohol Abuse and Selection of Tenants-

(1) TERMINATION OF ASSISTANCE- Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a public housing agency may deny assistance under this title based on the actions by a family member, and may terminate assistance under this title based on actions by a family member, or any guest or other person under the family’s control, if the public housing agency determines that the family member or other person engages in or has engaged in any–

(A) criminal activity (including violent criminal activity and drug-related criminal activity) on or off the premises;
(B) alcohol abuse (or pattern of abuse) that threatens the health, safety, or right to peaceful enjoyment of the premises by other tenants;
(C) parole violation, probation violation, or flight to avoid prosecution, custody, or confinement after conviction; or
(D) such other acts that subject the person to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sex offender registration program.”

So criminal activity is grounds for removal……

I would say dozens or hundreds of illegal immigrants taking government paid housing and violating 18 U.S. Code Section 1325 Immigration law would qualify as criminal activity.

Here is the law they violate, which is pretty clear.

“Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States
at any time or place other than as designated by immigration
officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration
officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United
States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the
willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first
commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or
imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent
commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or
imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.”

So we establish that they are criminals and we establish that criminals are not allowed housing under H.R. 1999 funds which La Raza intends to use for illegal immigrants.

So what’s the trick here? What do Americans need to do to see some laws enforced as they are written?

Be sure to send a link to this page to your state and national senators and congressmen.

We know they wont listen to Americans but make sure they know these illegal immigrants are breaking yet another law in accepting government funded homes.

When the time comes base your votes on their lack of a response to your request for action. (we are looking at you Lindsey Graham)

Since the marches in May of 2006 it seemed clear just who was backing those that support the lawlessness. The American taxpayer! We’re the only ones with that kind of money. (Sort of)

The Federal Government is allowing groups like La Raza access to our money before we are even able to pick up our paychecks and cash them. We are left little to support what we really want it to go for.

It is totally against the principals of the United States of America when you turn a machine like the criminals in the government have against the will of the people.

Here is a partial list of some of the money that has been looted from the American taxpayer. Look down at the end of the article.

The 10 million was for just one little branch of La Raza. I just read that they an over a billion dollar a year organization.

It is not all from our government but it is from businesses and other organizations that also want to see our laws and way of life overthrown.

    ************* Alert *********************

HR 1999 has been rolled up into Senate Bill 1923 the Housing Appropriations Bill introduced into the Senate August 1st. They are some sneaky bastids! The entire text of HR 1999 is contained withint S 1923.

So we now need to focus on this Senate Bill which somehow never got voted on in the House and now has been slipped into the 2007 Housing Appropriations Bill.
