Another Debate Scorecard
You have already checked out our scores for the Republican debate here.
So, we found another set of grades on 411mania.com. They seemed to have seen it almost exactly as I did.
The clash between Ron Paul and Mike Huckabee was good for both of them. Ron Paul got to show his superior knowledge of history of foreign affairs, and Mike Huckabee looked tough and sincere as I always see him.
They also picked McCain to have made a minor comeback, I agree, but I still don’t like him for selling out America in amnesty.
411mania.com shows the days winners as:
“Ron Paul- Ron Paul gets this award just for surviving. Paul is public enemy # 1 on Fox News because of his position on the war. As usual, he did a great job defending his positions, and he is doing his best to warn the GOP that they are heading for disaster. Based on the applause for Huckabee’s defeat with honor nonsense, I would say that the Party would rather lose elections than hear the truth. Well, they are probably going to get their wish.
Mike Huckabee- Huckabee got a ton of airtime, and his exchange with Paul guarantees him lots of attention for the next 24 hour news cycle. The fight with Ron Paul aside, Huckabee was solid, and his answer to the latest stupid hypothetical question was top notch. It is a mystery to me why Huckabee hasn’t caught on with GOP voters.
John McCain- He is still popular in New Hampshire and he got to break out all of his usual stuff with the exception of campaign finance reform. However, his opponents’ willingness to compliment him is the biggest sign yet that his campaign is on its last legs, and the other candidates don’t view him as a threat. ”

Dr. Ron Paul Continues to amaze me!
One Month ago my then 17 year old son tuned me in to Dr. Paul’s message and I have not been the same since.
For the last 30 days I have been a youtube fanatic, watching many presentations on Dr.Paul, 911 information that I never knew existed and many other interesting and informative videos and blogs.
I have always idly sat by while the political process proceeded. I watched Baseball and Football, I watched rental videos, went fishing and out to dinners with my wife and children.
The reason I have never been involved in the political process, as I have just come to realise is the simple fact that no candidate has ever expressed views that I felt represented my views and the views of the people who I know in my everyday life.
I never really new what the “old ” republican party stood for until Dr.Paul educated me.
I urge everyone who reads this to drop whatever party affiliations you may have and listen to what Dr. Ron Paul has to say.
Forget all of your preconcieved notions of left or right .
Let your intellectual side be your guide.
Let your knowledge of right and wrong be your guide.
Remember that everyone can vote in the primaries. If enough democrats went to each end every republican primary we would be able to vote in Dr. Ron Paul as the republican candidate. Then our choice would be between two candidates that support our immediate exit from Iraq.
My son turned 18 on Sept. 5th, he spent his birthday in bootcamp at Fort Jackson SC.
he graduates on Oct. 5th then he will spend 7 months in advanced technical training.
That gives me 8 months before I have to start worrying about a knock coming to my door to tell me that something horrible has happened.
I believe that Dr. paul is the best hope for our country.
S, Hahn
I prefer humility over grandstanding, right over wrong, Paul over Huckabee. May true patriots stand-up for what is right, which at times means admitting wrong and stepping aside. May God bless Ron Paul, America, and the world our power-play policies have damaged.
Ron Paul wins another debate with his moral genius. I will be voting of the only traditional conservative in the race. I will be voting for Ron Paul in 2008!
