Ron Paul the “King of the internet and King of the Meetup” at meetup.com. Meetup.com is the king of offline networking and helps people find like minded folks in their town. Here is the article about Ron paul’s internet power.

“The long- awaited Labor Day that we all know and love has recently come and gone and as per usual, started the presidential season. However, Ron Paul had an extra reason to smile as the impressive figure of 40,000 volunteers had been met, which is a substantial amount more than Barack Obama, the candidate with the second best Meetup organization who has 5,801 members.

The most likely reason as to why the Ron Paul campaign has been so damn widely recognized for its powerful presence on the internet is due to his widely known support to the world wide web. That really was a great move seeing as there are millions of us web users on the net daily, complimented by Ron Paul’s ideas.

His campaign leads all GOP candidates in every significant online aspect including website traffic, MySpace and Facebook friends, YouTube subscribers and Google searches.

“All over America, Meetup group members are coming together and organizing to support Dr. Paul,” said chairman Kent Snyder. “Our Meetup groups help give us the grassroots support that other s are trying to buy.”
