You know that illegal alien that has 4 DWI charges and 3 domestic assault charges?

Sheriff Pendergraph would deport him………County Commissioner Park Helms will make sure he is released back on the Charlotte streets, even if it means destroying our Sheriff’s department.

Democrat county commissioner Parks Helms proposed this week that the county commission should indirectly control and run the Mecklenburg County Jails.

Parks Helms made the proposal in what he calls the “best interest of the county.”

Helms and County Manager Harry Jones worry once Pendergraph has left; a less competent person could be elected by citizens to operate the county’s swelling jails.

Park Helms and Harry Jones feel they can appoint a person to run the jails better than Charlotte area citizens can through the democratic process of election.

In line with liberal thinking, they know better than all the people together voting.

What is more, they dismiss the recommendation and service of Jim Pendergraph who has suggested a suitable replacement. The fact is they know this is a chance to appoint a pro-illegal alien liberal token Sheriff in his place.

And to go further, they can steal the control of the jails that house these illegal immigrants to guarantee they get released back into Charlotte, NC.

They will choose an appointee that will ignore and dismantle the highly successful 287g program that removes illegal alien felons from our streets and schools.

A program that is highly supported through North Carolina by the legal residnts of our state. A program that only politicians and activist groups do not like, a program that has removed 3,000 dangerous felons from Mecklenburg County and America in the past 2 years.

The Mecklenburg County jails have been run for 13 years by the exceptional Sheriff Jim Pendergraph has recently been promoted to a national position with homeland security for his exceptional work deporting criminal aliens.

Jim Pendergraph has led the fight with the 287g program that identifies criminals in the jails that are also illegal immigrants, and deports them.

Pendergraph’s program deports people that have committed crimes and are on our streets illegally.

Pendergraph’s program does not profile, look for, seek out and investigate illegal immigrants. Pendergraph’s program only checks the status of those that have committed felonies on American streets against Americans.

It is a wonder who could be against deporting thieves, killers and rapists that are already in the jails, but local Democrats are trying their hardest to let the criminals in the jail stay in your country, stay in our county and stay in Charlotte, NC.

Local Democrats and county commissioner Parks Helms wants to take steps to prevent deporting people in our jails for robbery, rape and assault.

“This is totally disrespectful of me and my dedicated staff and I’m furious!” Pendergraph said.

Though he’s leaving his position after 13 years at the end of next month, he says he won’t go quietly. That’s after he learned late Thursday that the County Commission is considering hiring a private administrator to oversee the jails once he’s gone.

“I did not start this war but I assure you I am up to the fight,” he said.

December 1st is the last day in office for long time Sheriff Jim Pendergraph and local Democratic county commissioner has taken his chance to try and hijack the control of local jails and likely halt the deportation of the illegal alien criminals sleeping and eating in taxpayer funded food and beds.

Democrats want to do whatever is needed to release these criminals back into American streets so they can reproduce and create more “Anchor-Liberal” voters.

Even when this means fighting to keep criminals and felons in our county and released onto our US streets.

Lets leave that decision up to the Electorate. I can’t believe that Parks actually proposed this. Perhaps we should just have Mr. Helms appoint the School Board and all County elected positions. It would save us a trip to the Polls. But before we do, give us just one more crack at the next County Commissioners race.
