Ron Paul At The Florida Debate
A nice collection of highlights from Ron Paul in the GOP debate of October 21st, 2007 in Florida.
You can also see the post debate interview and poll results here, which show Ron Paul with 35% of the vote as the winner of the debate.
Ron Paul tackles gay marriage, Vladmir Putin, cold war, interventionism and health care. The theme of not needing to be global and seek conflict seems to be unpopular with much of the audience but the intelligence and honesty to core values in undeniable.
I am not sure what staged ‘cue’ was signaled to prompt booing everytime Doctor Paul said we need not be inviting trouble for America, but booing seemed pretty much on cue and only came when the 5 year veteren of the military was speaking his mind about American Foreign policy.
I would think an audience, even in disagreement, would show more respect for a man who gave honest service beyond most political posturing.

Meanwhile, here is what was going on elsewhere in Florida where the audience is not by invitiation only. (video#2)

Jeff Katz was mentioned in this blog, but he
refuses to admit that Ron Paul is a conservatitive. If I knew nothing about Ron Paul, Jeff’s remarks would turn me away!
However, as an avid Ron Paul supporter, I feel sorry for Jeff Katz!
I met a Ron Paul supporter at the Goodwill the other day, she said Jeff katz will not speak of Ron Paul because katz is jewish and Ron Paul’s stance on leaving the middle east would be bad for isreal.
Seems logical, even though just her speculation.
Jeff Katz is a leader for the fight against illegal immigrant invasion of this state, and so i can forgive any lack of Ron paul support for his other good work.
