Today we are 3 days from the vote to change the constitution of communist Venezuela.

The dictator Hugo Chavez has put a vote to make 60+ changes to the constitution, most importantly changes so he can remain president for life, and the power to appoint all governors and mayors thusly removing many elections from all levels of government while he enjoys lifelong rule.

Chavez still spews lies about freedom and democracy amidst these changes. Yesterday he said that anyone not voting for his lifelong rule is a “traitor” and he “damns them to burn in hell”.

He went on yesterday to say the tens of thousands of student in the streets peacefully marching were just “rich kids” and tools of George Bush trying to stop his “revolution”.

Student protestor needlessly attacked by Chavez forcesA handful of have died already and all student marches have been met by rock throwing Chavez street gangs and police riot hoses used on unarmed - unadvancing students. Members of the clergy standing soaking wet were not excluded from the government “crowd control”.

This list will include one of his top lifelong advisors, and the mother of his children and exwife, both of whom had supported the “revolution” but have come out to speak publicaly against Chavez on this change and communism.

The last time a vote occurred we remember that Chavez fired 19,000 PDVSA government employees for not voting for him. This is what he does to traitors who dont cast their “FREE” vote the way he has ordered them to. The head of the PDVSA (oil company) also was caught on tape last election stating they would once again “deal with” traitors who dont support Chavez.

Today, we watched on Globovision (the last major TV station that is not run and ruled by the government) expose more communism. Thousands of student protestors once again confronted by the police and army. The student had hung a huge banner with the words “VOTE NO”. The army forced them to remove the banner stated that it did not have the “stars of the flag” on the banner and must be taken down.

It apparently violates some fictional law in this “free” society.

The camera then turned 180 degrees and focused on the tallest building in the Capital of Caracas. Hanging down the side of the building was a 200+ foot pro-Chavez banner with the words “YES” on it.

No stars on this banner which was 40 times larger.

Undoubtedly paid for by the oil money of the people of Venezuela and used to promote Chavez’s personal desire to remain “King of Venezuela” for life.

Globovision is the last free source of news in the entire country of any considerable size or reach that is not controlled by the government and army. The studios of Globovision have been surrounded by Chavez backing mobs for the last few days.

As RCTV showed us, fake revolutions and communists hate when the world sees reality, so they shut down and attack the press.

This sort of “cheating” in all fake elections and votes has become pretty standard in communist Venezuela.

Chavez enjoyed a 22 to 1 advantage of television time in the last election and used his power as President to force all TV and radio to broadcast his DAILY addresses during the weeks of the campaign.

Hugo Chavez Idiots

Gang grafitti that says “Anyone that thinks its ok to vote no is a traitor” and on the right it says Baduel is a traitor. Raul Baduel is Chavez’s previous top advisor and long time friend who supported Chavez until this week where he announced these changes unconstitutional.

This is this ignorance of Chavista.

Must not be too hard to win when you can force the country to watch you 30-40 hours per week.
George Orwell anyone?

2:01pm EST Update
Just watched live on Globovision as the police made the students with a banner down that translates to
“He who is in power for a long time is a danger to freedom”
Quoting the Venezuelan leader Simon Bolivar.

With no real explaination they were not allowed to fly this banner at their march.

So much for the “fake free speech” of the Chavez revolution.
