Revolution Without Facts
Here is an article from Eluniversal.com which really shows you how fake revolutions and leftists in South America go about their business of lying for their agenda.
This is an article discussing Rafael Correa’s view of his hero Hugo Chavez. About 4 seperate accusations and then says he has no facts, but he’s sure it must be true.
Just another day of dictators and wanna-be dictators who live in their own socialist fantasyland where facts have no place.
“Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa Thursday backed the Venezuelan government’s suspicions about a likely military attack from the United States and Colombia, and stressed that the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) “played a direct role in the coup d’etat” against President Hugo Chávez in 2002.
“What is so surprising about these questions and interrogations in a country like Venezuela that has been attacked in the past?” wondered Correa during an interview with a number of regional radio stations, AFP quoted.
The Ecuadorian ruler stated that even though he had no information related to Chávez’s claims, the US intelligence agency was actually involved in the short-lived overthrow of his Venezuelan ally.
“I do not have that information -which President Chávez surely has-, but it is clear that the CIA intervened directly in the 2002 coup d’etat, which has been openly acknowledged.”
The Ecuadorian ruler did not support Chávez’s petition early last month to recognize the belligerent status of the rebel Colombian Revolutionary Armed Forces (FARC) and National Liberation Front (ELN).
Further, Quito did not show willingness to back a proposal made by Chávez to organize a common army under the Bolivarian Alternative for the Americas (ALBA), comprising Bolivia, Cuba, Dominica, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.”

What sentiment about the war best describes your views?

To take President Correa’s response out of context and spin it into a lie for your own agenda is essentially pot, kettle, black.
The man asked, “What is so surprising?” and went on to say the CIA’s involvement in an attempt to oust Chavez is common knowledge. Which it is.
Even you printed where he differs from Chavez in regards to building an army and declaring the FARC as something other than what they are.
Why the English press continues to lump the two into the same camp with nothing more than superficial opining is beyond me. If one looks into well researched, in-depth analysis from respected journalists, the articles are able to distinguish between the two. It’s only those who prefer to opine, rather than research, who can’t see the differences.
Out of context?
They are quotes sir:
He says “…its common knowledge..” Then he says….. “he has never seen the proof”….
How is that out of context? that is a president lying to support the idea that “everyone is out to get Chavez”.
The kind of thing his ignorant supporters eat up, when at home unemployed or shopping at supermarkets with no food on the shelves.
To the government owned Venezuelan TV stations? Common to Hugo while he goes on TV for 3-4 hours at a time blaming his ruined economy on the US?
Chavez has claimed attempts on his life about 100 times in the last 5 years, everytime he holds up a piece of paper for the STATE media, and NOBODY EVER SEES what is on it.
Jorge Ramos just did a special on how Cavez lied to him in the interview years ago, saying he would NOT try to stay in power forever, and would NOT close any Free TV stations…..
But lying is easy when you are the sole dictator in charge of all facets of life from education to the army. Who will question the “king of Venezuela”?
LAST year he said the US is trying to Kill Evo Morales. Who would waste a bullet on that clown? He meets with the leaders of Chine wearing a nylon “members only” brand jacket…..CIA trying to get him too?
Laughable..but FACTS in the revolution news.
Bring it to the UN if you have proof….
But alas where is it? Only on STATE TV STATIONS and nowhere else are these “facts”.
Uribe has PHOTOgraphs of FARC camps in venezuela. he held them up for the world to see …. that is WHAT PROOF IS.
Everyday more ships full of Cocaine leaving from Chavez-zuela get stopped in Europe and the Carribean….those are facts…That is why the hostages get released to Hugo, he is the FARC’s business partner.
If you had any real insight into the happenings of the fake revolution you would see what facts are and also WHY CHAVEZ is closing all the media.
FIRST he closed RCTV, now he is targeting globovision, and last year he threw CNN espanol out when they reported facts.
That sir is what someone WHO LIES on TV does.
He closes any station that he does not OWN.
Need more FACTS than that?
How about people i speak with every week working in government in margarita?
Do you have more direct sources than me?
and sir read the quotes before you contribute
Correa said
“in a country like Venezuela that has been attacked in the past?”
Then he said
““I do not have that information -which President Chávez surely has-”
So which is it? Did it happen or did you “hear” it happened from someone with the lack of integrity and class as Hugo Chavez?
I think his foil helmet is a bi tight.
