Today Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. yesterday overturned a Bush administration ruling in January that immigrants do not have a constitutional right to effective legal counsel in deportation proceedings.
I essence US funded courts will now get to reopen and re-pay for thousands of cases where an illegal immigrant is deported and then sites “incompetent attorney”.
This will keep them in the country for months and months while they wait for another tax payer funded trial.
The Washington Post article on this stated the following pieces of stupidity:
“The integrity of immigration proceedings depends in part on the ability to assert claims of ineffective assistance of counsel, and the Department of Justice’s rulemaking in this area will be fair, it will be transparent, and it will be guided by our commitment to the rule of law,” Holder said.
For anyone in this nation to say “The integrity of immigration” is a complete joke.
Thousands jumping our fences daily to take advantage of emergency rooms, free school, WIC and food stamps and our attorney general has the audacity to say “The integrity of immigration”.
Thanks to lack of enforcement and liberal ideals our immigration has no integrity at all, an insult to the million who do respect our laws and come here legally.
The illegals being deported have taken all integrity out of the process of becoming an American.

I dont consider jumping a border fence “coming to this country. It is also american to enforce our laws on people who break laws, which are criminals
How do you treat someone who invades a country?
Well liberals give them food stamps, hospital care, free school, WIC, unemployment, college grants and if they win their way voting rights.
