Payoffs and Obama Cash

In a startling discovery reported by The Hill newspaper today, it was found that Mark Penn, Hillary Clinton’s pollster during the 2008 Presidential run, was given $5.97 million of Obama’s 787 billion dollar stimulus package. It was also discovered that this $5.97 million dollar was used to save only 3 jobs at Mark Penn’s public relations firm.
This is just one example of how Obama administration gave away the 787 billion dollars in tax payer money (our money) to people close to his administration, rather than using it for the intended purpose of creating millions of small business jobs.
No wonder, unemployment skyrocketed to above 10%, as against President Obama’s promise back in Spring 2009 that unemployment will not go above 8 percent if the 787 billion dollars in stimulus package was approved. No wonder, the huge 787 billion dollar stimulus package did nothing to create millions of jobs, as against what was expected.
Remarkably, President Obama announced his intentions of a second Stimulus package yesterday. Looks like there are more people close to his administration or his party, like Mark Penn, who are in trouble, and need millions to save themselves.
