No Ron Paul
So a picture is worth a thousand words. Well the picture on the main story of the Washingtonpost.com seems to say what we already knew about the media.
In an article about the winners and losers from the debate, it became clear that the mainstream media, and John King, came away the losers. After a predictable opening question to a possible future leader of the free world of what his ex wife said on TV, John King and the media in general got its’ but kicked all over the stage.
In the same spirit of no integrity, we talked about CBS giving Ron Paul a total of 89 seconds of talk time in the last debate and how last night on CNN the crowd had to chant his name before he even got to open his mouth.
On the subject of Abortion and medicine CNN went back and forth amongst the other three candidates while the licensed OBGYN of 45 years stood there bored not allowed to offer a professional medical opinion.
Thank goodness for his strong followers chanting and demanding a little bit of integrity from the CNN staff.
Now we wake to see the spin being put on the debate from last night and this is the picture the Washington Post offers us of the Republican Candidates.
Pictured here are the front-runner Mitt Romney and the two guys who have gotten far less votes than Ron Paul.
Apparently after an entire night on stage the editors of the Washington Post didn’t have a wide enough camera lens or a single picture with 4 people in it?
If not intentional, what else could explain why the editor of a newspaper would choose this picture and not a similar one with all 4 candidates?
He just happens to decide to run this one? And cut out the guy with 20% in Iowa and 23% in New Hampshire?
Ready for some Irony? The same Washington Post reporter that let this get run with a picture excluding Ron Paul? He then says Ron Paul was the debates loser in the article. He cites it not being his fault, he lost because CNN excluded him from the debate and he didn’t get a chance to talk.
Chris Cillizza the writer is trying to put out a fire with a bucket of gas, while he tries to make a point about the bias against Paul he runs a picture excluding him.
